TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Agreement By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Maximum Load Fireworks reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase consumer fireworks. By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age and are purchasing these products for lawful use.

3. In-Store Pickup Only (No Shipping) We do not ship fireworks. All orders placed on this website are for In-Store Pickup only at our location: Maximum Load Fireworks N22006 Cty Road J Arcadia, WI 54612

4. Pickup Policy & Order Cancellation

• Pickup Requirements: You must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order upon pickup.
• Holding Period: Due to the seasonal nature of our business, all orders must be picked up by July 31st of the current calendar year, unless a specific alternative date has been arranged and confirmed in writing by Maximum Load Fireworks.
• Abandonment: Any orders not picked up by July 31st will be cancelled.

5. Compliance with Laws & Permits It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession and use of fireworks.

• Wisconsin Residents: By purchasing regulated fireworks, you represent that you possess the necessary municipal permits required by your local jurisdiction. Maximum Load Fireworks is not responsible for securing these permits for you.
• Non-Residents: Purchasers transporting fireworks out of state agree to transport and use the products in compliance with the laws of their destination.

6. Return Policy All Sales Are Final. For safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fireworks once they have left our facility. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification Fireworks are hazardous materials. The purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the use, storage, and handling of these products. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maximum Load Fireworks, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the purchase or use of these products.
